I am new to buying online, how do I shop?

Shopping online is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5! Simply follow our 5 steps to find, select and buy the item you are looking for.

1. Find the product you want:
   To find the products you are looking for, click on the relevant area on the left of the screen to select the section that you are interested in.
   

2. Select and add to basket:
   Scroll down the product listings until you find the items you require. When you have found the product you want to buy, simply click Add To Basket. Do not worry, you have not bought anything yet and you can add or remove as many items as you want until you decide to make a purchase. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking #items on the top (right) of the screen.
   

3. Checkout:
   Paying for the products you have selected could not be easier. Click on #items on the top (right) of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping basket. You can then check its contents before proceeding: fill in the details we ask for.

4. Delivery info:
   Fill in the details about your delivery info.

   

5. Payment:
   And finally, the payment method. You only have to confirm it. That's all!.

Can I remove items from my basket?
Do not worry if you have added too many items or the wrong item to your basket. To remove items from your shopping basket simply click on #items on the top (right) of the screen, then either type the number 0 in the quantity box and click on the Update button underneath. Or you can click in the Remove box and then click on the Update button underneath.

Is it safe to buy online?
