Shipping
VmVictoria reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.
Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.
a) Deliveries to Spain and Portugal
All orders made before 18.00h Spanish time, will be dispatched by the relevant transport company on the same day, providing they are in stock.
Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands:
The credit card user is subject to the following conditions:
- If the order is under 100 EURO, a charge of 8 EURO for extra costs will be applied.
- If the order is over 100 EURO, carriage will be free.
- Forms of Payment: by credit card, C.O.D.
- Once an order has been placed, it will leave our warehouse on the same day providing it was placed before 18.00h Spanish time, regardless of the price of the purchase. Deliveries are made from Mon-Fri on working days.
- All items are delivered by express transport agencies, within 24-48h to the Iberian Peninsula and within 48-72 hours to the Balearic Islands. This period is calculated from the collection of the goods from our warehouse.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- Forms of Payment:
- C.O.D: Cash on Delivery.
- Credit card.

Free shipping to the Canary Islands on orders over 100 EURO, providing they weigh under 5 kgs.
- Shipping on orders under 100 EURO will be calculated according to the weight of the order.
- The delivery time for the Canary Islands is approximately between 7 working days by air freight and 15 working days by ocean freight.
- The delivery time for Ceuta and Melilla is approximately 7 to 10 days.
- Orders over 20 Kilograms will not be delivered.
Portugal & Andorra:
- If the order is over 100 EURO, carriage will be free.
- If the order is under 100 EURO, a shipping charge of 8 EURO will be applied.
- Deliveries will be made between 48-72h according to the destination.
- Forms of Payment:
(*) Portugal-Madeira and Portugal-the Azores do not have the same rates as the rest of Portugal. Payments are usually made via credit card. The customer will pay transport costs according to the weight of the order.
b) Shipments to foreign countries
- Payment options available are by credit card
- Customers will be notified of the relative shipping costs as each purchase is made.
- Charges to your credit card will always be made in EUROS. Bear in mind that we cannot take responsibility for any possible variation (in favour of either the customer or VmVictoria) in the current EXCHANGE RATE when the amount is charged to the customer account.
- For all other destinations, shipments will always be dispatched via Correos (Spanish Postal Service). Bear in mind that shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the order and the destination.
- Note: The indicated shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties and which would have to be paid Cash On Delivery.
WE DELIVER ONLY TO THESE COUNTRIES: EUROPEAN UNION (and some countries with comercial agreement), UNITED STATES, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND and JAPAN. Contact us if you are from a country we do not deliver to.
Refunds and exchanges
Our Customer Service Department includes an after-sales service, which is designed to help our clients solve any problems that may arise concerning our products or shipments. This department aims to offer a fast and efficient response to customer queries. See how to return a product
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following
7 working days
of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).*
Simply send back the product in
perfect condition
and in its original packaging, including all guarantees and labels. Please contact our
Customer Service department
for the return address. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse, but VmVictoria pays shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer.
It is
very important that
returned product/s are posted in
suitable wrapping
to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and have their condition has been checked, VmVictoria will accept the return and will proceed to
process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order:
a.
If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
b.
If you paid for you order C.O.D or by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.
Note:
The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.
